Fjogstad Hus

Sandnes-based contractor Fjogstad Hus has been driven by innovation for over 100 years — from producing prefabricated timber houses along the west coast of Norway in the early 1900s, to building 500 homes on Shetland and Orkney, to early adoption of passive house standards.

In 2000 they established a dedicated renovation division, and in 2022 launched BoligPleie — a home care concept that maps the maintenance and renovation needs of homeowners. It was this concept that led them to Wenn Property.

— The 3D scanning simplifies the work, and customers’ descriptions of issues are automatically converted to text. The app gives us better precision and reduces the need for risk premiums — which in turn means lower costs for our customers, says Torstein Fjogstad.
