- What is Wenn Property?
- Wenn Property is an app that lets you 3D-scan buildings with iPhone or iPad, document with AI, and share the project with everyone involved. It's designed for construction professionals who want to save time on inspections.
- Which devices does Wenn Property support?
- Wenn Property works on iPhone and iPad with LiDAR sensor. This includes iPhone 12 Pro and newer, and iPad Pro (2020 and newer).
- Can I use Wenn Property outdoors?
- Yes! Wenn Property supports both indoor and outdoor 3D scanning with dimensioned models.
- What file formats can I export to?
- You can export to PDF, DWG, IFC, and more industry formats. Use the models in the tools you already work with.
- How accurate are the 3D scans?
- LiDAR-based scanning typically provides accuracy within 1–2 cm for indoor rooms. Accuracy depends on room size and surface conditions.
Pricing and plans
- Does it cost anything to try Wenn Property?
- The Max plan comes with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. Basis costs NOK 350/mo and gives access to documentation without 3D scanning. There is no permanent free plan.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect at the next billing period.
- What happens after the trial?
- You try Max free for 30 days. After that you can continue with Max (NOK 1,499/mo), switch to Basis (NOK 350/mo), or cancel. You won't lose your data.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
- Yes. Volume and package discounts apply from 5+ users. Contact us for custom pricing for larger organizations.
Security and privacy
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. We use encrypted storage and daily backups. All data is stored in Norway in compliance with GDPR.
- Who can see my projects?
- Only you and the people you share with. You have full control over access – choose who can view, edit, or comment.
- Can I delete my data?
- Yes. You can delete individual projects or your entire account at any time. We delete all data within 30 days of the request.
