The app tradespeople asked for — on the phone they already have
For the first time, Wenn Property is available on Google Play. Android users can now use the same inspection tool that has already saved thousands of hours for iOS users — right from their pocket.

What the Android app does
The Android app syncs fully with the web application. Everything you do on your phone shows up in the browser, and vice versa.
Document inspections on site. Open the Inspection Assistant, speak your observations as you walk through the property, snap photos, and add notes. The app structures everything into a finished inspection report automatically.

Access every project, anywhere. View and continue working on your own projects and your company’s projects — from the job site, the van, or the office.
Share with clients and subcontractors. Send one updated document instead of scattered emails with photo attachments. Your client sees what you see. Your supplier knows what to price.
What about 3D?
Android devices don’t include LiDAR hardware, so 3D scanning directly from the phone isn’t possible. But there’s a straightforward workaround: in the web application, you can draw on an image of a floor plan and generate a complete 3D model with all quantity data. Android users get full 3D — just through the browser instead of the camera.

Why this matters
Until now, Wenn Property was only available on Apple devices. That meant tradespeople with Android phones — a large share of the industry — were left out. They had to keep relying on handwritten notes, unstructured photos, and reports that take hours to assemble.
With the Android app, every member of the team can document inspections professionally, regardless of which phone they carry. That means fewer errors, faster quotes, better collaboration across devices, and a lower barrier to getting started — no need to invest in Apple hardware.
